01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ef777 ("ef777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ef777 website located at ef777.cam and all associated services, betting markets, casino games and promotional offers made available therein.

ef777 is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform serving users in English, with account balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform covers cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live casino and slot titles. ef777 does not hold a local gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority. The platform operates under an international operator licence; details are available on request via the contact address in Section 14.

By clicking "Register", "Sign In" or otherwise accessing any part of the ef777 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use any part of the ef777 platform. ef777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited and any remaining real-money balance returned subject to verification.

3.2 Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. ef777 does not warrant that access to the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any subsequent amendments or provincial regulations to their personal circumstances.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual user may hold only one registered Account on ef777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or in conjunction with other persons — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held and a permanent ban from the platform.

3.4 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use an Account:

• Employees, contractors, agents or directors of ef777 or its related entities;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalised;
• Persons who have been permanently self-excluded from ef777;
• Persons acting on behalf of another ineligible person.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address, date of birth and country of residence. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. ef777 is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the user.

4.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. ef777 will treat any activity conducted under your credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected compromise.

4.3 KYC Verification

ef777 may request identity documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address and source of funds documentation) at any stage — including before approving a withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity or as part of routine compliance monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You must notify ef777 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ef777 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

ef777 recognises a range of payment channels familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to bank transfers referenced against local institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services and cryptocurrency options such as USDT. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and other named providers are provided as familiar local context only. ef777 makes no claim that any named payment provider endorses, partners with or supports this platform. Availability of specific channels and their associated limits is subject to change; please check the cashier for current options.

5.2 Currency

Account balances are displayed in PKR. Where an underlying transaction is processed in a different currency, ef777 applies a conversion rate at the time of the transaction. ef777 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for exchange-rate fluctuation losses.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in PKR in the cashier section and may be adjusted by ef777 at any time. Limits may also differ by payment method.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account or to a verified method under the same KYC identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. ef777 reserves the right to impose a standard processing verification period before releasing withdrawal funds.

5.5 Bonus Fund Restrictions

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of those funds.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on ef777 are final once confirmed on screen. You are responsible for checking all bet details — selection, odds, stake — before confirming. ef777 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error on the part of the platform is demonstrably proven.

6.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and may also be shown in fractional format. Odds quoted at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement, unless the bet type specifically tracks changing odds (as in certain live in-play market types).

6.3 Void Bets

Ef777 reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• An obvious pricing error (manifestly incorrect odds) affected the market;
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled or abandoned before completion;
• Technical errors resulted in incorrect bet recording;
• Evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed by a relevant authority;
• The bet was placed by a restricted person or in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Maximum Payout

ef777 applies a maximum single-bet payout limit as published in the cashier or sportsbook terms from time to time. Where a calculated payout exceeds this limit, the payout will be capped at the applicable maximum.

6.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match events (wickets, goals, red cards). Bets accepted during a suspension window due to connectivity issues on the user's side will be voided. ef777 uses commercially reasonable measures to prevent this but cannot guarantee it in all network conditions.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ef777 are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — that must be completed within a stated time period before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers and eligible game contribution rates are published with each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ef777 employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting mathematical loopholes in game contributions, hedging bets to guarantee bonus clearance with minimal risk, or operating multiple accounts to claim a single offer more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, ef777 reserves the right to:

• Forfeit all associated bonus funds and derived winnings;
• Recoup any bonuses already converted to cash prior to detection;
• Suspend or permanently close the Account;
• Retain proof of abuse for the purposes of reporting to relevant authorities.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits and Bonuses

ef777 welcomes cryptocurrency deposits, including USDT. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus eligibility for cryptocurrency deposits follows the same rules as fiat deposits unless a specific cryptocurrency-only promotion states otherwise.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on ef777:

1. Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, layer or integrate funds derived from unlawful activity. ef777 applies AML monitoring and will report suspicious transaction activity as required by applicable law;
2. Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials or misrepresenting identity during KYC;
3. Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether alone or in coordination with others;
4. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from ef777;
5. Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner that abuses ef777's pricing;
6. Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event in which you have insider knowledge of a fixed outcome or in which you have played a role in influencing the result;
7. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits already wagered on the platform;
8. Hacking / Interference: Attempting to access, probe or disrupt ef777's servers, databases or security systems by any means.

09 Responsible Gambling

ef777 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps in PKR;
• Loss limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session time reminders — alerts after a pre-set play duration;
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or fixed-term account closure.

These tools are accessible from the Account settings menu at any time. Once a self-exclusion or cool-off period has been activated, ef777 will not accept requests to reverse it during the elected period. Users who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ef777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, page layout and software — is the property of ef777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the platform without the prior written permission of ef777.

The ef777 brand name, logo and domain are protected marks. Any unauthorised use of ef777's intellectual property may give rise to claims under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

ef777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or force-majeure events may cause periods of unavailability for which ef777 accepts no liability.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ef777's total aggregate liability to any individual user arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that user's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11.3 Excluded Losses

ef777 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits; loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data or goodwill; indirect, special or consequential losses; or any loss arising from a user's decision to gamble on the platform.

11.4 Third-Party Services

ef777 integrates third-party game providers, payment processors and technology partners. ef777 is not liable for failures, errors or interruptions caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ef777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered users will be notified by email to the address registered on their Account and/or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ef777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ef777 holds its operator licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

ef777 encourages users to raise any complaint or dispute through the customer support channel in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
